Stayed here for one night in a double room. It was reasonably quiet considering it is on a street with lots of restaurants and bars. It was clean and had lockers to rent. There was only one toilet and bathroom on the floor but this didn't actually seem to be a problem and the radiator in our room was on all day which made the room overly warm for April. Otherwise great location, breakfast included and friendly staff.

We stayed after a big tour company had taken over the hostel. It would have been good to ave been pre-warned about this as we would have chosen somewhere else to stay. Staff were excellent, although the place is quite run down

Sultan hostel was absolutely amazing! Great location and nightlife. The staff was wonderful, especially Gabriela. She was very attentive to my friends and I and suggested some pretty nice places to visit.

It was a great hostel, and it was really clean and close to the major attractions of Sultanahmet. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and they even put all of my friends and I in one room together which was great.

The double room was very, very small..not top mention the bathroom, with the shower near the sink and the wc without any curtain or box. No hot water for almost a day! BUT if you easily adapt to this kind of situation, the location is fantastic, in 2 minutes you can easily walk to the Blue Mosque, Aya Sofia, Topkapi Palace. The breakfast is good and also the staff are very friendly.

Great location and good price performance ratio. Breakfast is ok and to party seems pretty good. But rooms especially restrooms could need an improvement. As well bring some earpads because it is not quiet (doors are closed loudly).

The noisy location affects the sleeping quality. Esp. in rooms towards the front on the first floor. best are rooms further up and towards the side street. the bakery there produces noises throughout the night with transportation and loading. clean place with a safe feelingin a very central place. helpful staff.

Location of the hostel is excellent, 3 minutes walk from the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia,5 minutes to train station and about 15minutes walk to the harbour. The hostel itslelf is clean, the rooms are a little bit small but nice. The staff are the nicest.

Basic, but fine. Does the job of a place to sleep cheaply and in a pretty good spot. Didn't see many of the advertised facilities like a common room, swimming pool, terrace, jobs board etc though...

Location was great and with good restaurants, like Rumista,Pizza . The internet was lackluster, and the room had moid on the ceiling. The men at the restaurant literally would give you a free meal only if they want to sleep with you, My friends split the check, and one side of the table was free, while the other was not, and when we complained they made up some excuse that only certain dishes were free if staying at the hotel. It was extremely rude. But Gabriela is Amazing, she needs a raise.

It surprised me that i shared bedrom (4 beds room) with 3 ladies. I have no problem with that but nobody did inform me or those ladies about it. I guess som girls wouldent be just too delighted by this surprise. Otherwise wery nice, clean and absolutley perfectly located. I only sleept there for one night in the gap between to planes. (Been in Thailnad all winter) and this time a year its absolutley low-season, so maybee my impression would bee a litle different if i had been there at sommar.

First hostel that I have been to that had sufficient hooks on the walls for hanging up your stuff and clothes, and more than one power outlet :)
