we arrived to find that there were no rooms so he moved us to a sister hotel which was great. On return 21 days later and after booking we found that this time the sister hotel ws booked out - another sister hotel was found but hours later.we arrived to find that there were no rooms so he moved us to a sister hotel which was great. firstly given wrong room & found staff response very unhelpful. secondly, room TINY and very expensive for what was provided.Thirdly, woke at 2am with bed full of BED BUGS & we were moved hotels.Fourthly, the next day, given NO discount for bugs or being moved at 2am in morning & when said we wanted to leave hotel staff expected us to pay for next nights accom! very rude staff, expensive 4 small room & strongly advise not to stay there.much nicer & cheaper hostels/hotels elsewhere!firstly given wrong room & found staff response very unhelpful. secondly, room TINY and very expensive for what was provided.Thirdly, woke at 2am with bed full of BED BUGS & we were moved hotels.Fourthly, the next day, given NO discount for bugs or being moved at 2am in morning & when said we wanted to leave hotel staff expected us to pay for next nights accom! very rude staff, expensive 4 small room & strongly advise not to stay there.much nicer & cheaper hostels/hotels elsewhere!...Close

We had a great time in the Sultan's Inn. It was very clean and we had a good view of the sea and mosques from the rooftop terrace. Would stay again. We had a great time in the Sultan's Inn. Really nice and comfortable small hotel. Prettily decorated rooms and great location a few minutes from main sites. Really friendly, helpful staff available all the time. Nice Turkish and Continental breakfast on a lovely roof terrace with great views. They even offer tea and cake in the afternoon but we never made it back in time! The staff were friendly and helpful (available 24/7), and the breakfast was the best I had in Turkey! it is a quiet hotel, away from most of the tourist hustle of Sultanahmet. Don't stay here for partying, but it is a good base for seeing Istanbul. The staff were friendly and helpful (available 24/7), and the breakfast was the best I had in Turkey! it is a quiet hotel, away from most of the tourist hustle of Sultanahmet.
