We FINALLY arrived at 1 am after a long bus ride, having trouble locating Sultans Inn also added to our our tiredness. On arrival we were told that the room that I had reserved three days earlier had ´water problem´´and we would have to go to another hotel. Not only was this highly frustrating it was unprofessional as they did not contactmeat any point to tell methatthiswas the case. They refused to also reduce the price when they were inconviencing us! Be wary of this place.

We actually stayed at a sister hotel down the street...the Deniz Konak...it was terrific. Our room had a view of the sea and the staff was ever helpful and terrific. The backside of the hotel is adjacent to the train line and there is noise consideration, but did not effect our sleep...we recommend this hotel!
