Welcome to Osaka! Very cozy, old Japanese style house.
We offer quality backpacker accommodation at very competitive prices.
At the moment, our total capacity is 10 in all. You can make friends easily.
SUMO BACKPACKERS are located in Nakatsu in the heart of OSAKA.
Easily accessible - only 1 minute walk from subway Midosuji line Nakatsu station (1 stop from Umeda station) or a 15 minute walk from JR Osaka station.
Subway Midosuji line (red) is the most important and used line for Osaka's poeple and it passes through Shin-Osaka, Umeda, Shinsaibashi, Namba and Tennoji.
About 30 min. to KYOTO and KOBE. 10 min. to SHINSAIBASHI or NANBA (another downtown in Osaka)
We provide free internet access and TV, a DVD player.
We also provide linen free of charge, however please bring your own towel.
If you do not arrive after 3 hours we will have to cancel your booking. If you are delayed for some reasons, please contact us to let us know.
Sorry for inconvenience but you can not stay inside the hostel (even a common room) after check-out time for other guests.
We do not accept credit cards.
Please make sure you exchange some currency at the airport because it is difficut to find banks in town to exchange currency.
