About Sumo Backpackers

We offer quality backpacker accommodation at very competitive prices.
SUMO BACKPACKERS are located in Nakatsu in the heart of OSAKA.
Easily accessible - only 1 minute walk from subway Midosuji line Nakatsu station or a 15 minute walk from JR Osaka station.
About 30 min. to KYOTO and KOBE. 10 min. to SHINSAIBASHI or NANBA (another downtown in Osaka)
At the moment, our total capacity is 10 in all. You can make friends easily.
We provide free internet access and TV, a DVD player.
We also provide linen free of charge, however please bring your own towel.
If you do not arrive after 3 hours we will have to cancel your booking. If you are delayed for some reasons, please contact us to let us know.
If you have a late departure, we recommend that you book an extra night so you have the room all day on your departure day. Sorry for inconvenience but you can not stay inside the hostel (even a common room) after check-out time for other guests.
We do not accept credit cards.
Please make sure you exchange some currency at the airport because it is difficut to find banks in town to exchange currency.
