Sun Apartment~ This modern, spacious and comfortable apartment is located on the second floor and is perfect for up to 4 guests.
There's a cosy living room waiting for you with a T.V and two sofas to sit on or sleep.
The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, kettle, stove and utensils. As an addition there's a small but well equipped and functional dinning table for four.
This is one bedroom apartment comes with a double bed to provide comfort to two guests. There's one bathroom with shower, toilet and bathtub for your comfort.
Extras:
The apartment comes with a washer and dryer and all linens and towels are provided for all guests. Parking garages can be found close by Hourly/Daily rates.

Cancellation policy is 3 days in advance
We accept payment by cash & credit card
Please note the following conditions:
-Late check-in from 6pm-10pm is 30 Euro, check-in after 10pm is 50 Euro.
-Extra early check in between 10am-3pm - 30 euros
-Extra late check-in fee from 6pm-10pm - 30 euros
-Late check-out after 12 is 50 Euro. (In cases where nobody is coming to the apartment same day).
Cleaning fee 40 Euros.
Damage Deposit 250 Euros.
Late Check in 30 Euros.
There is a security (damage/key) deposit of Euro 250 refundable on departure. This deposit will be refund by Bank Transfer or Pay Pal account. Cash refund is available under the condition of extra 30 euros payment at check in.
In the case that a check-out is before 9:00, the security deposit will be returned via PayPal or Bank transfer once the apartment is inspected.
