This place is located near a metro station and a block or two from a lot of cool shops. It is about a mile away from the city center and the royal palace. The walls are thin so if you are a light sleeper, bring some ear plugs. Everything was pretty standard here for a 2 star hotel. You get privacy for a good price. Oh and there is beer in the vending machine in the lobby. AWESOME!

staff is very friendly and helpful, rooms cleaned every day, towels in the bathroom, beds really comfortables. Hotel quite far from the center but cheap per day, the hotel close to the metro station Porte de Namur

The toilet door couldn't close completely.

My 2 friends and I had an enjoyable stay at Sun Hotel! The staff were all wonderful and very hospitable. Accommodations were modest, but I think fair for the price of the stay. Great location--about a 20 minute walk from Grand Place, so a good place to escape tourist central! Also, about a 10 euro cab ride from the Brussels Midi/Zuid station.

The hostel is alright for one night. Nice location, not far from the center. Although they say you can pay with VISA, you are not allowed. Take that in hand.

The lift was from 1959 and still operational. Now that's quality! They don't make them like they used to. The hotel was in a really fun area of town, lots of great, cheap restaurants around and a not too long walk into the centre of town. It's basically in the middle of the African quarter so there is lots of energy and fewer tourists. The hotel was clean and the rooms were pretty basic. The shower was terrible though, and there wasn't a lot of privacy with regards to bathroom doors.

Sun Hotel is the kind of hotel that you need for a 1 or 2 night stay. it s cheap and clean but there is no atmosphere or friendly spirit. it s definitely a little impersonnal hotel than a backpacker hostel. If you just need a bed in the near-center of Brussels so i recommad it

Close to Metro Louise, very convenient location, small but clean rooms. A budget place perfect for a short stay. Good value for money.

The Sun Hotel is a bit hard to find but is located in a great area of Brussels. The staff was very accommodating and spoke sufficient English. It is a great place if you're on a budget, as cheap as a hostel but with the benefits of a hotel. The room had a few quirks (the sliding door left a crack so those in the bedroom could still see into the bathroom) but nothing worse than you'd expect from a relatively cheap place. All in all, I had a great experience at the Sun Hotel.

We had a great stay at the sun hotel! It was clean, fre wireless the beds were comfortable- for the price- a really good deal!

Nice hotel with good location. 15 minutes from city center and just few minutes from the metro station.

Our room was very nice and clean, matress super comfy, shower door won´t close so water comes out all the time. I found the staff nice but not so helpful when we asked for a the highlights in the city, they didn´t explain us many things... A nice experience in general.

Its a low-entry hotel. It is pretty well located and the staff was friendly and helpful. They drop off toilet paper and clean towels every morning, but the sheets were not cleaned daily ! (because we were walking up to late ?!?). There was hot water in the showers of our two rooms but the 'pressure' was ridiculous ! 2 bed rooms are tiny, but you get what you pay for (cheap = cheap). Wifi is free but range isn't amazing (had to go in corridor). Walls aren't think, you WILL hear the other room.

the size of the door of our bathroom didn't fix at all ! as a result, we had to 'fill up' the space with towels !!!
