Was a clean, small room with a big comfortable bed. Their was a little clean bathroom with toilet and shower. The staff was friendly and 24h checkin was possible.

Fair price, staff didn't want to help us very much. Okay location though. Very small rooms.

The wifi didn't work very well in our room - it kept on cutting in and out. Otherwise everything else was good. It is in a nice quiet area and very close to the metro. The sliding door to the bathroom was a little weird but otherwise the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The room was nice and clean, but the bathroom had a very bad smell to it. I was not sure if it was coming from the shower or the sink, but it smelled awful.

During the first night of our stay, we woke up having itchy feelings due to numerous bedbugs on all the beds. They had bitten us all over our bodies. The staff claimed this problem was new, however, later on we read on the internet that former customers also have found bedbugs at this hotel. We had to leave the hotel since they did not have another room to offer, but we did not get any refund for the accommodation or train tickets that we had to buy to return home earlier than planned.

Close to the metro and of the shops. Very clean but there is no breakfast included (€5 each).

The Sun Hotel was located in a very quiet street off the 'Porte de Namur' Metro Station. There was plenty of shopping around this area, but a little bit away from the Grande Place. The hotel staff was friendly and provided us with a map for not just the city, but also the transportation system as well. The room was clean, although it had an interesting bathroom set-up; no actual door, just a plastic-like curtain that served as a sliding door(?). Not too private.

This is a value for money Hotel, it is not 5 stars, so for this money perfect. The staff are very nice and helpfull, the room is ok, bathroom quite small, but it is Belgium, so it is normal.

We stayed on the fourth floor which was accessible by elevator. The bathroom door, however, was very bizarre. It did not close, but rather slid and did not lock. It was also bulky, which made the small bathroom hard to navigate. The bed was very large and the room clean. Nice, friendly staff. They do speak English and are helpful regarding inquiries.

Everything about this hotel is great. The location is good as it is surrounded by shops, cafes but you will have to walk a bit (around 5-11 mins) to the nearest tourist attraction which is the Grand Place. However, it would be great if the hotel can provide a water boiler in the room. The staffs are also very helpful and nice. We did not have any trouble in communication.

It is not a fancy hotel, but it has nice staff and clean rooms and fairly close to city center. so for the money you pay it is a very good choice!
