Very easy to find using the clear instructions given. Rooms were kept clean and had everything you needed. Excellent bathroom. Great location. Would stay again if in the area.

Very good place to stay. Pretty close to city center. Nice staff.

This is a very nice little hotel, 5 minutes walk from the metro. It is small but the rooms are prettily decorated and it's really good value for money. They have a little kitchen with a microwave and a hob so you can make food if you want and the staff are friendly and helpful. I would go there again. If you find yourself in that area, check out L'Athenee bar down the road, it's awesome.

Great to have a real hotel. Clean and staff were very nice and helpful. Very close to the museum area.

The staff was uncreday rude and none accommodating. They removed souviners from out room and through them away, and then made us dig throught the trash to find them after an hour fight about it.

For one night in Brussels its 100% fine, staff amazingly helpful! What bugs the most is that the whole street (though itself its quiet and small) is under reconstruction, some new buildings are being built, which is extremely noisy and dirty, and possibly will last at least half a year...

Some of the staff were really nice, some of the staff were useless. The cleaning staff accidentally mistook our towels with the hotel towels, and we couldn't recover them. The door to the bathroom did not fully close or lock. Otherwise, it was clean and decent. Nice location, close to shops and cafes.

The hotel staff were very helpful. Our room was clean only thing that was annoying was the construction going on outside that we were not warned about previously.

The price of the hotel did not include breakfast (this was 5euros extra)

Nearest hotel/hostel from the main rail station I can find when I plan my journey. The neighbourhood is definitely unsafe and my friend was robbed on the way. The hotel is fairly good and clean
