The owner would not let us pay 20 dinar and made us pay in exact change, so we had to go out and buy something to give him exact change. Very dumb. Pretty gross inside but still very cheap if your looking to spend no money

Actually I couldn't sleep there because I arrived in the morning(4am),and I was wondering when I could check-in,so I asked when I could check in,they said in 2-3 hours and then let me sleep at lobby,I slept on the sofa for 4 hours,and they said you already stayed 1 night so tried to change me another night when I checked in,but I booked for the next night and only sleep in the LOBBY for 4 HOURS.Anyway I didn't want to sleep there so I just left,the worst memory in Jordan.

Good points: location and price. Problems: 1) despite booking 3 months in advance, I was required to change rooms for the second night of a two night stay 2) on the second night I was woken at 1am by the sound of drilling, followed by a knock on the door by the management wanting to install a TV wall bracket 3) I was promised a welcome drink which never materialised 4) I had to ask repeatedly for extra blankets 5) a wifi password was promised but never given 6) overall shoddy management

i has experienced the most terrible thing that i have ever seen! I booked Sun Rise Hotel where in Amman on 2 days before, the reference number is 13824-38362912. I has selected the arriving time is 7:00 AM this option, when i came to this hotel in 7:15 Am in this morning, the receptionist of this hotel has told me all the room is full, i should wait 5 hours more until 12:PM! Actually they have plenty of empty bed! Because i have a Chinese friend who live in the dorm also, ( to be continue)
