Novice Nomad (10)

The best perk for us - a free upgrade from Twin to Family room! Location was ok - although it was a slightly longer than expected walk from the train station with luggage and all. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, offering good advice and helping make bus reservations for us. We dipped in the indoor (naked) hot springs and it was really cool. Did not try to hot spring in our own room (bath tub with hot spring water) so cannot comment. Breakfast was average (porridge with pickles).
