Fairly spacious and comfortable room in a quiet area, about 10 min walk from the beach. Just off the main drag down a poorly lit street, you may not feel comfortable walking at night alone. As a couple, no problem. The staff were friendly, but the manager was a bit business-minded. They had tours, bus tickets and moto rent on hand, but the kitchen was limited to a few basic dishes.

After reading a lot of reviews I chose this hotel because it seemed like good value for money, but I was sorely disappointed. The room and bedding stank, the bathroom was filthy and didn't drain properly so the floor was continually soaked. It was so horrible that we left early and went somewhere else. The manager was also quite hostile. Just a big no from me, I don't recommend it to anyone. There are nicer, cheaper, CLEANER places closer to the beach.

Excellent location, only 5 min walk to Serendipity Beach. The rooms were huge and had a great sized bathroom. Staff were lovely and extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel, excellent value for money.

we found that this hostel was to far from the beach, down a dirty little road of a main road with no lights, at night the power cut out 3/4 times then youd have to wait for a staff member to turn the generator bk on then come to ur room to make sure all was working ( a little annoying) the staff were not really friendly (just wanted your money) the only thing it has going for it were the rooms were big and clean ( only as its a fairly new build) can get much better right on the beach,

A little away from the main street and staff are not very helpful, but still good value for money. Clean spacious rooms. A great deal if you are willing to save money in replace for a extra 5 minute walk into town.

OK hostel a 10 minute walk from the beach. If you pay a couple of bucks more you can live right on the beach. The rooms are quite nice, but the famous little ant that you find everywhere in south east Asia is on the third floor here as well. When we got robed 10 meters from the entrance, the staff was not very helpful. They do not speak understandable English beyond «welcome, this is your room», and they don`t understand you.

Very quiet despite its size.

The hotel is super modern, the rooms are very clean, big and in a calm area. It's a 10 minute walk to go to the beach and a 2 minutes walk to restaurants. Good Wifi. If you dont care being right by the beach, this is a very good deal.

Sunday didn't live up to other cambodian hostels we've stayed at. our room wasn't cleaned everyday and the staff weren't that friendly, although they did help with organizing a bus. the tuk tuk driver was also reluctant to drive us to the beach and wouldn't bargain the fare even though it's not far! in terms of location it's not ideal- but it's only a very short walk or $1-2 tuk tuk ride to the bars and beach but we'd choose somewhere closer to serendipity with more of a fun atmosphere next time
