When I arrived they had bumped me up to a better room for no charge and the front desk attendant was so lovely! She added to the great atmosphere and was helpful with telling me where the best spots were.

We stayed in a group of 13 for 5 nights whilst we were rocking at Paganello 2013. We had an excellent time, facilities were great, staff were fantastic, and good an awesome deal for what we paid. We used the comprehensive kitchen facilities 3 times to cook big tasty group meals without any problems. Staff were really understanding when a few cards we wanted to use didn't work, letting us pay instead in cash instalments over our stay. Great atmosphere, didn't mind our fun, noise or mess. Top
