Sunflower Pacific Hostel Reviews

Only complaint is Wi-Fi signal didn't reach to my dorm so I had to always be in the common area to use it. Otherwise this place is great and the couple who owns it are really sweet and wonderful. Not much stuff happening while I was there (there weren't that many guests) but that's ok because I was feeling very lazy and didn't feel like doing much during that time.

The hostel, the owners, the people that were at the hostel were like family, but the type of family that would give you your space... They were so nice, welcoming and accommodating. The hostel was always clean, the location was ideal for me, clost to the mios station (this was a big plus), schools, shopping. I like it so much that I stayed there twice, before and after Cartagena. I would without a dought refer others there!

This is an awesome hostel located in one of the best neighborhoods in Cali. It's literally one block away from great nightlife and tons of beautiful restaurants. I don't know what the last reviewer said about the location being boring and not having restaurants. I have been coming to Cali for the last year and have been waiting for a hostel to open in the San Fernando barrio. It's upscale, clean and close to everything Cali has to offer. Good up and coming hostel, was there for the Cali´s Feria and it was packed with a great atmosphere. The two people who own the place are amazing and are always trying to help out and organize events, and always answered questions. I was amazed that the owner remembered everyones name who was staying at the hostel 20 plus people. Good homie vibe, and good atmosphere for meeting people too. Staying downstairs is the best in the 4 bed rooms.

staff wasnt friendly, the atmosphere was poor, the neigbourhood was boring, no restaurants or bars near by. i wouldnt recommend.
