Very much enjoyed my stay here! The facilities were very nice and I availed myself of the hot baths every night. I had one of the 2 or 3 rooms without a view, but since my three night stay cost less than one night in another room, this was OK by me. The resort is far from the station but they have pick up and drop off service and the hop on/off bus stops right outside. The Japanese food was amazing, although the western food was average. Staff were lovely/ helpful. Would highly recommend!

Nice location for the view of Mt'Fuji, but to far in distance from the Kawaguchigo station, the pickup service is not flexible and the wifi service is limited till 10 pm only.
