The staff were very welcoming, offered free pick up from the bus stop and even upgraded us to the deluxe room. The rooms were very clean with a great shower.
great experience! friendly staff that helped and made it very easy and stress free booking tours and transportation to the next stop on our trip. but do not book onto the DMZ tour they offer we were just on a bus for 7 hours straight and the only thing worthwhile was the tunnelling. Great location as tbere are a lot of restaurants in the surrounding area and very comfortable, spacious and modern rooms!
Fantastic location our bedroom was very spacious and the bathroom was beautiful with a bath , staff were very friendly and helpful would definitely stay here again.

Great price for what you get. Had a large room with good wifi, good ac, good television, and a really nice bathroom as well. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with just about anything that we needed. Obviously not much of a social aspect because it's a hotel, but I would definitely stay here again.
- Thanks chi Ngoan and Thang for making me feel welcome and as comfortable as being at home - Still not very happy with the air-conditioner and a bit musty smell of the room - Please provide maps in English/Vietnamese
Loved this place! It felt like total luxury for the price of normal hostel. The beds were really comfy, nice bathroom, fridge, tv with HBO, balcony with table and chairs. The room felt spacious and was really nicely designed. We wished we could take this place with us to other cities in Vietnam. Granted it is a hotel so it doesn't have the social aspect of a hostel, but it was still a really nice treat for a few days. I highly recommend this hotel!
