Great surf lessons from Clark.

- Great Hostel if you wanna surf (Surf equipment available for rent) - Very helpful and friendly staff - In winter season unfortunately too cold to chill out (recommendation for the hostel: either heat up this place, or close it in winter) - Equipped and mostly clean kitchen available

Sunset Hostel was awesome as a base for a surf trip. The owner and staff are friendly, welcoming and really helpful. The hostel has a great low key atmosphere with all the facilities you need to feel at home, plus the wood fired oven and hot tub are awesome! Beds are really comfy and the kitchen has everything you need to cook up a storm. Location wise there is surf across the street and everything in town is only 10 minutes walking distance. A place I would recommend and stay at again.

We had a great stay at the Sunset Hostal. It was very close to the beach and about a 10-15 minute walk to the downtown area. This is definitely a place to come if you are wanting a place to relax, walk on the beach or surf. The hostel manager, Clark, was friendly and created a great atmosphere for all guests. Time for sharing meals and enjoying conversations with other guests was a highlight. Quiet time between midnight and 7:30 am was observed. Kitchen was a bit smal, but well supplied. Awesome

A home away from home, sociable staff and really nice beachy layout. Highly recommend this hostel! It is further from the intermediate surf beach but right next to another beautiful one.

Super chilled, more like a share house on the beach than a hostel. Loved it
