this experience has been so far the worst one cos the receptionist was pretty rude and shouting at all the time to us, even though we did no stay there because of this issue the hostel charged us for a really bad service they gave as the day we approached the hostel. when the guy showed us the room he did not allow as to turn on the lights so how he expected us to see properly the place? by the way our flight got delayed so also the guy was angry cos we did not get at 11:00 as we supposed to be
