The ladies at the front desk were rude. The spa is twice the price as the one across the street which is much nicer, the breakfast is mediocre. This place is also in the middle of no where. The only good thing about this place is the proximity to fantastic spa across the street.
The hotel is really great with big rooms and a beautiful swimmingpool. The location is also really good, it is a shorts way to the old city and it is easy to go to the beach. The hotel have bikes u can rent for free. The staff is also really nice. Would defintly stay here again. Hoi an is also a beautiful city.
A great place to stay. Clean, quiet, friendless helpful staff and the pool and breakfast buffet were wonderful.
One of the best hotels we've stayed at in Asia. Breakfast was incredible, the free bike rentals were very helpful bc of the location outside of the "downtown" area. The place is immaculate and the rooms were SO comfortable. Staff was great- let us rent bikes and come back and take showers after we checked out. Cannot recommend this place enough!
Free shuttle bus, everywhere free WiFi, free bikes best breakfast and nice pool And very quiet
Totally value for money. Rooms are bright and spacious and had lighten up the mood. Comes with swimming pool and bath tub. Really appreciate free bicycle for guests since Hoi An is not so convenient without a bike.
Amazing breakfast, spotless room and very friendly and competent staff. They also have free bikes for guests that makes exploring Hoi Han and the surrounding areas an unforgettable experience. The only no-no is the bellboy not letting you carry your own bags and when tipped demand for more money. A minor thing - everything else was fantastic.
Great stay, the room was very clean and comfortable. There was construction going on which was quite loud in the mornings but we tended to be up relatively early so it wasn't a big deal for us.

The hotel overall was nice but unfortunately there was a hotel being built about 20ft away so the noise was horrendous between 7.30am to 5.00pm. They did move us twice with no fuss. location was a bit out of town and if your sense of direction is anything like mine, you'll be getting lost more than once. Nice pool but not any other facilities except a very small spa. breakfast wasn't great but you do get a choice of eggs. Oh, and you get free bikes which is a great bonus
There's currently construction works going on right beside the hotel so it was quite noisy for our stay.

The rooms and pool were nice but the staff was incredibly unfriendly. We really didn't enjoy our time here at all. So many hotels in Vietnam have been so friendly and helpful that it was a shock to encounter such an unpleasant staff. Having a man insist on carrying our backpacks up to our room and then demand a tip was also very tacky. I don't mind giving a tip here and there, but this is a budget hotel for budget travelers and we did not ask for or need assistance!
The staff here seem to try and make a quick buck, when checking out they tried to charge an extra 100,000 to our room and the couple checking out beside us didn't have the deposit they already paid removed from their bill. The reception then tried a long explanation proving it has been removed (it hadn't) the couple sat down with a calculator and proved the staff were wrong, just be carefull. The place itself was good, fairly clean, there's a pool. Best thing for us was the bar over the street.
