No problems with hotel at all, staff were great and room was good but shower curtain desperately needed to be changed! Location wasn't ideal! Long walk to old town in very hot weather - hotel are great to run a free shuttle during the day but doesn't run in the evenings Food in restaurant is pretty cheap though

The pool was really great and the free bike hire was extremely useful and appreciated. The town centre is walking distance but on hot days I would say to advise people to cycle or taxi. Our room was not very well brushed when we arrived and the bathroom did not smell brilliant but bar that everything seemed very clean and comfortable. There was a mishap with our room not being cleaned one day even when we had asked staff to please clean it but no harm done so not a big problem.

Upon arrival we were given a different room to which we booked with no balcony, even tho their description says all rooms have one. When I discussed this with the receptionist he was extremely rude telling me he 'didn't care'. Although we eventually got moved to the original room which we wanted with no extra cost, the member of staff had an attitude towards us which continued for the rest of our stay. The restaurant is overpriced and poor standard. However the facilities were excellent.

Loved this hotel. We ended up staying for 5 nights. Amazing buffet breakfast where they can make you eggs or omelettes to your liking, a beautiful pool to lay by, spotless rooms with large balconys and we had an awesome bathtub in our bathroom. Staff and security guard were so friendly, they even have an elevator, first we've seem in Asia in our hotels! We rented a scooter outside the hotel for cheap and took us 2 minutes to drive into town, they have free bikes which are also a short ride.

Great value for money! It's a few blocks back from the river but the free bikes to borrow mean that this is no problem at all! Staff were helpful with organising activities in the area.

Lovely pool, clean, good breakfast, helpful staff, good transfer service to town and airport. Shower water would flow around the bath and flooded the floor. No sunshine on the pool in the afternoon.

Overall a good hotel, good value for what you pay. Pool was really nice, good rooms and facilities, staff was generally pleasant, shuttle to town was handy (though runs infrequently), breakfasts was nice. Some negatives: they did not change the bed sheets once during our 5 day stay, they really brushed us off and ignored our concerns that some money may have been taken from our room (we advise you to use the safe).

Although I would not call this a hostel, we enjoyed our stay here and even extended a day. A nice breakfast, a well shaded pool (extreme heat ) and a balcony overlooking the pool that allowed us to dry out wet towels, suits, etc. Staff was accommodating but not overly friendly. Breakfast included lots of fresh fruit and vegetables. While free bikes were plentiful, they were in terrible shape. Be warned: DO NOT RENT A SCOOTER! IT is illegal and locals may target you to try to get money if collide

Beautiful new hotel with a great pool. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Though the free breakfast was excellent the lunch and dinner options were not very good and were overpriced, wouldn't recommend eating there. There are plenty of wonderful restaurants nearby. If you plan on visiting both the beach and ancient town then it's a perfect location right in between the two. Free bikes make it very accessible.

We really enjoyed our stay here. They have a nice swimming pool and very good buffet breakfast. Wi-fi is very fast and reliable too. It's not near the Ancient Town but they have bikes for guests to borrow for free and a shuttle to bring guests to and from the Ancient Town. It's also nice that there are some shops and restaurants around and it's near the market.
