A little far from the center but very calm. The swimming pool is very enjoyable and the breakfast buffet globaly good and filling. Beds were of good quality. Water was a bit hot in the shower. The problem was the staff, quite rude and grumpy, and overcharging anything possible.

Positive: Free bikes and the swimming pool. Distance to the beach and the centre less then ten minutes on the bike. Clean rooms, good breakfast and the staff is friendly and helpfull.

Great value for money and excellent hotel overall. The breakfast was delicious and varied and the rooms were clean and spacious.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sunshine Hotel and being able to borrow bikes every day (for free) made it very easy to get into town which took about 10 mins. Reasonably sized and clean rooms at a good price. Hotel staff were always very polite and always happy to help. Restaurant was well priced with good food available as well. Will definitely come back here!

Hotel is located 10 mintues by push bike outside the main city, city is very bike friendly with flat terrain. Pool looked amazing but was too cold to use while we were staying there. Our room was very big, which was clean and well worth the money.

We ended up spending a bit more money than usual during our stay here at Hoi an. we had to wait a little more that we were suppose to for our room..i'm pretty sure they stuffed up the booking, but ended up upgrading us to a superior double bed room which was really clean, everything worked fine. bathroom was great, but smelt like cigarettes for some reason. Buffet breakfast was great with a large variety. Pool was nice. If you want to spend a few extra dollars i'd recommend this place

Hotel was really nice, but there is no balconies in every room like they promised. Lot's of noise in our room and our airconditioner was broken and that's why really noisy. They didn't fix it. Rooms are clean and good .

A little out of town but there are free bikes. It was cold and rainy when we visited so we didn't get to use the pool but it looked lovely!

Fine to walk to town from here, and also bikes if you cant be bothered. someone gave us a tip to not go to tailors that are recommended by the hotel/taxi driver/on the street as they will get a commission. felt like it was hard to go anywhere in hoi an without breaching this, but good to ask other travellers. breakfasts were good. nice pool, but too cold to swim in winter. good views and hotel easy to spot when walking home. give you a good map, but some streets are not labelled or look bigger

Hi there, We absolutely loved our stay with you. The pool was refreshing! he staff so friendly - the chef even let me cook my own omelette when I was half asleep after just arrived off a sleeping bus! We did arrive and our room wasn't quite made, but that was sorted quickly so we can't really complain about that! Cheers

positiv: room, pool, breakfast, free bike for the way to citycenter, calm place, free safe in the room, balcony Negative: Location 15min by bike to the citycenter , restaurant at the Hotel isn't good, but there ist a cheap nice small restaurant with tasty food and lovely owners. The name of this place is TinTin. We stayed two nights at Sunshine Hotel Hoi An ( January 2014) and we recomment it to people who search a calm place to relax after sightseeing.

This was very nice but a little far away, it's great you can use the free bicycles and it's only a short ride to the beautiful an bang beach

Great hotel for a fantastic price. We enjoyed the pool and the very conveniend location between the town and the beach. With the bikes free - everything is perfect and very close. There are also nice restaurants near by. Perfect value for money. The breakfast ist delicious, staff very friendly. Loved it there! We would stay there again! TOP CHOICE!

Little bit out of the centre, but the free bikes solve that problem. Nice pool and a bath in the bathroom. Decent breakfast. Staff very friendly. Every day free little bottles of water.

English was the only problem we encountered. The hotel was fantastic, pool, spa, amazing breakfast, great rooms. Would definitely stay here again.

A place of luxury without the pricey price tag. We stayed in a three bedroom private room. The beds were comfortable and clean. The bathroom was great! We are used to staying in backpacker hostels so the stone bathroom was a luxury. The pool looked really nice but due to rainy weather, we did not go in.

The hotel is about 15 minutes of a walk away from Hoi An Oldquarter. Rooms are really big and comfy. Bathroom is quite apleasure. They provide every customer with a small bottle of free water each day. Staff is helpfull and tries to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We had only one issue with noisy neighbours in the night which staff was not able to handle. We complained to management the next day but they just said that they're sorry. For 30 bucks a night I expect a bit more than a sorry.

Compared to everywhere else we stayed all over Vietnam, these guys were the least friendliest. We did not feel any helpfulness from the staff, felt they only assisted because they had to, not because they cared or wanted to. Breakfast was disappointing too, was not fresh, food was sitting around for a while. I recommend choosing to stay in smaller hotels as I felt you always got a better service.
