Reception only open certain hours and even then wasn't manned during specified times, forgot key card one time and had to wait around for ages as no one on reception, the place was deserted think we were the only ones there, nothing to do in the area, would not go back to Phuket town, the hotel facilities were fine and was cheap enough but really was a strange empty place

The reception hours are a little bit uncomfortable but other than that everything is top notch!! it has a kitchen and a tv lounge and the shower is steady current and has hot water. The price is worth every baht. and the receptionist is very nice.

The location look not so safety for tourist to travel alone at night time because its place look so terrible around, the building look very old without staff and lighting after evening time.

There were very few people staying at the hostel! We met people who were turned away because the hostel was "full" yet we were alone(x2 people) in a 6 bed mixed dorm! Bedding was stained and basic, beds were old and creaky, fans were noisy and did little to cool the room which was very very hot (cooler outside) staff spoke little English and knew nothing of the area sending us in completely the wrong direction for the main town!

We just spent one night in Phuket Town to catch a flight the next day. There is not much to do, so we checked that our hostel is in walking distance to the bus station - good location in that terms. The staff was so lovely to book us into a double bed room without any fees, but the hostel/hotel was also nearly empty...

We stayed in this guesthouse when we just arrived in Thailand. Good value for money. The staff was very helpful and spoke good English. Compared to stays in other guesthouses the rooms were clean and kept in good condition. Also very quiet at night. In walking distance to town markets and restaurants. Very good to stay here if you are looking for a good sleep. Not so good for meeting people. We would stay here again.
