The staff was so nice and helpful. The breakfast is really good and starts at 4am so that you can eat before you go to MP. The bathrooms are all shared but could be a little more private

would stay again, cool place with free breakfast young hip people

Best choice in Machu Picchu

Great place to stay before you go to Machu Picchu. When I was there hot shower didn't work for 1 day but the staff immediately addressed the problem. Sebastian was really really helpful too. Thanks,

THIS ACTUALLY IS the best option in AguasCalientes (MachuPicchu Town). Prices are fair, beds are nice, breakfast is really good (bread, tea, coffe, milk, eggs!), staff is helpfulf. The location seem to be kind of far, but its a small town so there is no way to be far from anything. The roof is comfortable, they have a tv room, a computer and tea/coffe facilities avaiblable all the time. Just bathrooms are a little small and because of the zone its a little bit noisy, but still the worths it.

Definetely the best option in Aguas Calientes - Machu Picchu!

Great hostel in heart of la Candelaria. Well maintained. The biggest dorm is quite noisy in the morning because of the traffic outside - if you're a late sleeper better choose different room.

i spend 5 days in this hostel, and it was fantastic,,you feel like home, the personel, you can´t say it´s a personel because they´re like friends, they don´t work they live here with you and it ´s not a hostel it ´s friend house,,really if you going to the machu picchu you ´ll have a perfect time and enjoy to been to,but it won´t be amazing if you don´t there stay to this place,,,,,thank you very much for the time i been ther..i miss you,all of you.........de la part du ''francais'' du pays basque

A sincere thank you to the staff. You guys are the best, and we really appreciated all of your help.

- Toilet stalls were too small and waste bins not emptied often enough / toilet paper wasn't restocked frequently enough :( - I found the shower floor stalls VERY slippery - Staff was fantastic, though, especially the breakfast staff! :)

Supertramp was the best hostel I've ever stayed in! The atmosphere was very relaxed, warm, and welcoming. The hostel itself was also beautiful. I loved all the murals on the wall and interesting artwork around the hostel. The staff was also AWESOME. Everyone was super friendly and really helpful with information about Aguas Calientes as well as Machu Picchu. We even got hooked up with a guide through the hostel which was great!

The first thing I found incredible of this hostel was that they give you breakfast at 4.50 am so you can start your trip really early which is needed in Macchu Picchu...the facilities are really good and the city has not much to see so the location is really not that important; GRACIAS PARCEROS!!

Cool place to stay, good food available...their burgers are spot on after a walk round Machu Picchu and up montana. Friendly and NOT over priced asrummour has it about all places in this area

NO hot showers for us, even when they promised it would be, and my headphones was stolen, easy for people to walk in to the hostel. But the breakfast starts at 0430 and thats rally good. Friendly staff

Good hostel, basic.

Ok so the hostel itself is nice. Pick it up and put it somewhere else, like in cusco and sure it be great. People go to Aguas Calientes for one reason and one reason only and that's to go to Machu Picchu. On that point most people want to get up early like 4/4:30am to make the first bus. It's slightly impossible to sleep with ridiculously loud( and i mean LOUD) music playing until 12-1! I had to makeshift earplugs with toilet roll..

This hostel perfectly fits into the picture of Aguas Calientes/Machu Picchu Pueblo. It is easy build, not very quiet but it offers everything what you need for one night in the town. Very friendly staff!
