Nice very clean hostel with good facilties, great location in centre of the city.
The staff are very friendly and helpful with everything.
I would recommend staying here!!

The place seemed to be under constant refurbishment with not a lot of refurbishment being done! Where work had been done such as the bathroom, it was left incomplete or botched. The bedrooms were dingy, ratty carpets, curtains which did not fit the windows so you had to get changed with the lights off, holes in walls, strip lighting which made it depressing. Good location next to Sky Tower and a block from Queens Street. Travel centre very helpful. Bit noisy, my room was right next to the Bungee Jump and the whoops go on all night, and the main road is noisy too. good location, right next to the sky tower and just off queens street, so good for shopping and sight seeing.
