We appreciated the good place to park bikes in the hostel. What we did not appreciate was the fact that the kitchen had run out of gas and the staff was not able to get a new bottle of gas. What would be a great enhancement is little shelves next to the sink, so one could put a toilet bag.

Great hostel, fantastic staff and an excellent communal area to meet people. 10 Minute walk down town which is nothing. Comfy beds and a great chilled atmosphere. Will be staying again if I venture back to Bilbao

Very clean, comfortable. Not noisy at all at night which was great. 46 ear for a bed in a 8 bed dorm was expensive though.

The staff here are really friendly and welcoming which makes it great if your travelling alone, full of young and interesting people and has a great atmosphere. The only downside is that it is a bit of a walk from the centre of town but would still definitely recommend staying here!

I have stated in a lot of hostel and this has to by far one of the nicest ones I have stated in. I booked the wrong day via hostel world and arrived a day early and they had no problems with that and just switched the days we were there at no extra cost. The guy at the desk was super helpful. Really clean. Fully functional kitchen and really fast wifi (free!). Would def stay again and would recommend!

There was no fresh air in our dorm (no windows!) with 10 people inside. You can imagine the smell in there... There is not enough showers and toilets for the number of beds in the hostel. The breakfast was not ready at 9 as said, but about 20 minutes later when we were already leaving.

The stay was great as well as the staff. They are very welcoming and and see to our needs with great hospitality. The mood is awesome, the place is clean, it has a great vibe, very safe, and since Bilbao isn't a very big city, you can easily go from the hostel to other parts of the city walking. A lot better than many other hostels I found in Europe at this price range. Would love to stay there again if I ever go back to Bilbao, a great hostel for a beautiful city!

The staff was excellent. We arrived in Bilbao at 3.30am (because of flight delay) and the helpful guy who works at the hostel waited for us until that time. We definitely recommend it, nice and modern atmosphere!
