Surfers dorm was perfect for the end of my trip in Bali ! 5 minutes walking from the beach, 10 min for the famous bar Oldman, and so many cafés next to. The dorm was very clean, the wonderful lady from the staff came every day to clean everything. There is a kitchen for us and a fridge to put the bottle of water inside ;) I recommand !

Lovely hoste with chilled out atmosphere and very clean. In great location, just outside main touristy area so out of the hustle and bustle but easy to get to bigger towns.

I had a great stay here and met some wonderful people. The location is not what I expected, but ended up being a great decision to explore Canggu. It is a relatively quiet area and quite far from Kuta, but beautiful and 100 times less touristy plus great surfing. There was a bed bug problem, so everyone had to leave for extensive cleaning. Other than that, you get what you paid for. Thank you guys!

Very nice place to stay! Clean, and the staff is very friendly. Close to the beach and a few nice restaurants.

Good hostel !!!

Hostel was empty. No atmosphere. Probably due to it being slow season. 5-10 min walk to the beach depending which one you'd like to go to. Staff was friendly. Do not book the 4 bed dorm. No air con and extremely miserable. They did have a kitchen which was nice and free mineral water.

Sorry but the fan dorm is horrible if your on the top bunk. There's one fan that only reaches the bottom two beds, so I had a half hour of sweaty sleep the whole night because it is ROASTING. Good vibe though, met a lot of cool people who are mainly surfers. just stay in the ac dorm. cheap bike rental and you can use the kitchen to cook.

This hostel is more of a laid back house than some strict dorm room. It's super chill, and best of all: it has a Kitchen!!! Save some money and Cook at home, they even have a rice cooker. Super close to the Beach. You can rent scooters directly from the hostel. It's clean, the staff is very friendly. It has all the basics, and is very affordable. The first day the AC broke, and they fixed it right away. Which was awesome. If youre a Surfer or just want to get out of busy Kuta, come here!

More like a sharehouse. Great if the other guests are friendly and clean. Will be even better when they finish renovations and extend the communal space. Kitchen is very basic. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, thanks.

Below average hostel. Far from Kuta. Plenty of mosquitos bitting us at night.

Hi. Bali is a tropical island and therefore there are plenty of mosquitoes everywhere. Every tropical countries have plenty of mosquitoes and insects everywhere. As for location, I am not sure which part of Kuta you meant; fyi we are in North Kuta 1 minute walk from Berawa beach and we already stated in the description and welcome email with Google coordinate; obviously you would knew that if you read them :) Apologies if we are not your cup of tea but we always strive to improve.

Stayed nearly a month at the surfers dorm. It is nice and quiet, simple budget place to stay. Since it is a small hostel, all kinds of interesting and diverse people ended up staying there, often on and off over a month. There is something special, that keeps people going back there all the time.

I visited bali pretty often but this is the first time I stayed around this area and I enjoyed it so much. The house is nice feels like at home with enough privacy (the staffroom is next door) but the staff are helpful with everything like bike rental/local food info if u need any. The people and vibe are fun and we surf together and hang out at nearby bar (our fave is deus x) at night.

I had a great time staying in surfers dorm. The Location is really close to the beach and not too touristy yet many beach clubs to chill out around. Some tips: The hostel has a security passcode lock so be sure to remember it to go in; if you forgot you can still contact the staff , they are very helpful with everything.
