Beds were very wobbly. It's been ok for a couple of nights, but definitely not for a longer stay!

We had booked 2 beds in the female dorm, and it was all occupied. Had to wait for 50 mins to get another set of beds in the mixed dorm and sort out the confusion. Breakfast was average too.

Nice staff, nice prices and nice location. A bit crowded in the rooms and the usual French teenagers who get drunk, make noise and blow the fire extinguishers. You should promote your bar better and do more activities. Please, do something about the hot water, it was way too hot.

on the whole a good hostel to stay at staff are friendly and helpful rooms are a good size. the only one thing bad I will say is that the kitchen come common room is a little on the small side and could maybe a little bit bigger

Great location for Victoria Station. Even though it's above a pub, I didn't find it too noisy. The set up for the showers was also one of the better ones I've seen, allowing you to keep things dry. It did look like they were in the middle of some renovations. Getting your key deposit back for an early checkout, eg for an early train, could be a slight problem but I it someone good on reception when I checked in.

I'm a firm believer that you get what you pay for, and this booking more than did the job. Definitely among the better hostel showers I've ever used.

Everything was fine, however I had to explain three times that I booked hostel and I paid 10pounds as a deposit, they wanted me to pay still deposit + the rest of the amount despite the fact that I paid 10% before, but finally they told me that everything is fine and that I paid this deposit, however I think that they should obviously know that when somebody books room before , then he/she pays 10% - so it was quite dubious.

I saw a mouse in the kitchen. the bedroom wasn't clean, it smelled like paint. the pilows and blanket were very dirty. it was difficult to find the entrance of the hostel because the number of the door 110 is the bar and it was closed when I arrived, 11h30pm. they should put in the door nr 110 Vauxhall bridge Road that the entrance is in the other street. breakfast was basic toast and coffee. I won't return.

A good place to crush for a few days or more. The price is very cheap having in mind the location (10 min from Victoria Station) and the specifics of the city. Has hot water, bed sheets, the staff is cool - you don't need more. :)
