this hostel sucked. i called in advance to make sure they have 24 hour reception. sure enough this is the only place i stayed (5 hostels in two weeks) where i could not check out and get my 10 pound deposit back (also the biggest deposit of anywhere i stayed). the room smelled like dirty feet and it was impossible to tell which bunks were open. the bathrooms were dark and dirty, again, the worst of anywhere we stayed. i have nothing positive to say about this place.

We had really great time in your hostel, amazing price including breakfast, really nice staff and kitchen. We were satisfied with your service and if we visit London again we will totally prefer this hostel!

Given the price we were not expecting much- but decided to stay as the location was perfect for our travel plans, and we only needed to stay one night. The hostel was better than expected with fairly good security and friendly staff. The cleanliness was a problem, particularly the bathrooms and it would have been an issue had we stayed longer.

The room was very small and the bathrooms were dirty. The room was very dark and difficult to move around in. The location and included breakfast were nice though!

Great location, 3 blocks from Victoria Station, seven blocks from Big Ben and Parliament, everything I can go walking, and what lies farther you can go by bus from Victoria Station. The kitchen is small but has a good atmosphere. The bar downstairs is nice.

The only thing that the hostel has good is the location. Rooms are dirty and everything in the hostel are messy. The pictures in hostelworld look nice but in real they are not like that. I don't recommend it.
