Extremely small bathroom, kind of a worn-down bedroom, but it is in the heart of London. Friendly staff.

AGNES DID A GOOD JOB KEEPING US SUPPLIED WITH THINGS WE NEEDED. VERY PLEASANT TO BE AROUND. ALWAYS WILLING TO BE HELPFUL TO US. THE OTHER STAFF WAS HELPFUL AS WELL.

10 mins walk from victoria station. We got a private room for 3 persons which was only suitable for max 2 persons (taking into consideration our luggages). The private ensuite's bathroom is very small. Their shared bathroom is much spacious.

Our room was very small but exactly big enough for us, the same for the tiny bathroom..a good shower and very clean. They come and clean every day. The staff is extremely helpfull and there for 24 hours a day! They brought us coffee-facilitys on our room so we could enjoy a nice cup of tea our coffee every moment of the day. Breakfast was also very good! Warm toast, milk coffee, tea, orangejuice, cereals, marmelade and even very tasty pieces of good cheese!! And so close to Victoria Station!!!
