Its not possible to find the hostel from the directions given by hostelworld. We had to call and ended up asking several people on the street how to find the place.

Although the hotel is located downtown, it is very hard to find as taxis can not access to this little alley. Hopefully we were able to speak chinese as even the adress given by the hotel was not translated ! The staff himself had difficulties to explain us how to reach their place - bad english btw. We ask for the private room and it was dirty and no hot water. No toilet paper, towels, .. For the same price you definitively better go to a chinese hotel branch like Hanting, Motel 8 or others.

It seems old , and not clean, like it could be. The house is very pretty but they could make better to conserve the construction and décoration. The personnel is vey good. We had a problems with the hitting, and even in another room with hitting it was not perfect.

I really enjoyed staying in this hostel. My only complaint was that I was here over New Year and the hostel was run very badly. There was a problem with the elecrics which meant that the wifi and the heating did now work for a few days. The staff were not inclined to sort it out. On new years Eve they locked the front door with a phone number attached to ring if you wanted to come in but when we rang no one answered cos the staff were in the shower. They were flexible though with the curfew
