Extremely friendly staff and an amazing hostel with a home atmosphere. The manager was more than helpful, pointing out all the things Zagreb has to offer in winter. Even though I read some reviews saying the location is bad, however, the hostel is only 10-15 min to the main square, which is more than satisfying for a big city. I really enjoyed my stay at Swanky and I even prolonged my stay. I will definitely be back Swanky!!! Till next time...

The hostel is very nice and equipped, very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They give a warm wellcome and tell you what are the main attractions. The only downside is the distance to the city center, you have to take a tram but they come very frequently. The first night there were disgusting troubles with other guests; in the morning the staff solved the problem and we got a full compensation although it was not their responsability. Definitely we recommend it!
