A young, highly professional and motivated team greets you at Broadway Rooms.

We are located on 55th Street between 8th and 9th Avenues, right in the heart of Manhattan. Times Square and Central Park are in walking distance as well as many great restaurants, bars and shopping centers.

Room Descriptions:

Shared Double: room with 1 bunk bed (2 single beds), shared bathroom is in the hallway.

Private Double: room with a queen size bed, radio, sink and a closet with shared bathroom on the floor.

Air Conditioning is available during the summer months. (June 15th to Oct 20th).

We provide for all our guests: Lounge with a big screen TV, relaxing backyard, and kitchen facility.

There is easy access to public transportation. The bus- and subway station are just 5 minutes away. There are also many supermarkets, restaurants, bars in this area as well as the famous Modern Art Museum (MOMA).

Our prices include all taxes and charges, bed linen and towels.
There is a $20 key deposit for each key taken out and returned by check out.

Payment can only be made either in cash or in traveler�s checks.
Credit Cards Payments: There is a $50 Minimum
(5% surcharge for Credit Card payments added)
Broadwayrooms requires amounts less than $50 in cash.

In case of a no show or a cancellation less than 24 hrs before arrival date, a total of one night will be charged.

Daily office hours are from 8am to 12midnight.

Check-ins after 12midnight must pay a late fee
of US$ 40 (per booking

With a high number of requests for that date we are requesting a non-refundable Down-payment equal to 50% of the entire balance.
As well I inform you that we close our office at 8pm on the December 31st 2011.
