Great welcome, great staff, they adjusted to my early wake-up for the airport and they gave me good advice for visits around the area. I appreciated their kindness and sense of help and service.

They don't accept credit cards or US money. Breakfast is not reliable and rooms are not cleaned. Do no bring your own towel, they have towels!

NOISE and VIBRATION. One of the worst stays ever, and ive backpacked 60 countires. IF you end up here, try a very disheartening game and check which services they advertise which have never been available,.. including,.. being billed a s a quiet place to rest! BS.

This is one of the worst hostels I have ever stayed at. The floor of my room was so dirty, I didn't even want to walk barefoot on it. My room was constantly filled with the smell of cigarette smoke, as people smoked in the kitchen nextdoor despite the fact it was a non smoking area. The was a beautiful toddler there who I think was the owners daughter, however she made a lot of noise crying into the night and early morning. Avoid rooms near the kitchen, as the noise continues til 5am!

The staff were cool and the location in the candelaria was great. The shower facilities for dorms weren't brilliant, and the only lockers were in reception, but other than those minor things the hostel was an excellent place to stay.

Excellent Breakfast!!!! The Staff in the hostel was really nice and helpful. Rooms were very clean. It would be great if the showers in the 2. floor are the same like in the 1. floor (2. floor showers are not really hot and the perssure was too little). The common room was quiet cold. Cause there is no daylight in the rooms and in the hostel, we didn't feel very comfy and we wouldn't go there again but that's our oppinion.

All the staff are super friendly and helpful. The hostel is fun and really comfortable and clean, with great breakfast and free tea and coffee all day - and a great kitchen. Loved Bogota, and would definitely stay here again!

Nice place, but very basic. In the centre and close to museums and Plaza Bolivar. Helpful staff.

place was good, had everything you could want. beds were comfy and room clean. a bit noisy at the front of the hostel but o well thats no ones fault. could still sleep. one thing that the hostel can change is their rule of allowing people to smoke in the kitchen?! there is no window even so makes it even worse, send the remaining people in this world who smoke outside! not in the f$#kin& kitchen where people want to prepare their food. other than that it was ok!! thanks

The worst bed I have seen in my life. And a pillow as well. I love hard mantrasses and pillows, but these ones was not just hard, it was like stone. My neck was killing me each morning. Usually it does not.

Nice hostel. Not a party hostel which was great for chilling out and relaxing. Good kitchen with allot of space. Staff were very friendly. Free breakfast was a great bonus.

The staff was really great at helping me to navigate around the city. The locks on the private bedroom doors do not really lock! The door can be pushed open. Also, the doors have an open space on top that allows light from the hallway, smoke and sound seep through. It might not be a good idea to get a private room here.
