Room was freshly painted with an oil-based paint, the fumes were extremely strong and overbearing. The ventilation was poor. Seating in the common area was mostly always full. Credit card details were photocopied as 'security' but no evidence of being destroyed after. Lift was incredibly slow, in most instances it was quicker to climb the stairs, even to the 4th floor. Cockroaches found in the room of 2 separate occasions.

Room No 31: the carpet had a horrible smell of urine and was full of stains. The smell forced me to keep the window open at all times. The room giving to the railway station and trains blowing the whistles even in the middle of the night, the noise levels were horrible and my sleep as well. I was happy to leave.

For cheap/basic accomodation in the centre of the city you cant go wrong. Close to everywhere, easy to find, good staff always helpful

Payment was complicated. They chose to tell us in fineprint instead of upfront that the full amount would be debited because of the Christmas season. $600 was taken out of my account without my knowing, and it threw off a lot of our plans. The main receptionist was unpleasant and weird to speak to. The place was nice and quiet, excellent reliable cleaning staff. Something needs to be done about the lift, prepare to spend half your holiday riding it. Very saggy bed. Reasonable value though.

The place feels grey and sad. During NYE it was completely over-priced (without any good reason). My room was small and shabby full of cockroaches. They claim they have internet connection (in a desktop at the lobby) but it NEVER works. My friend needed Wi-Fi and they charged him extra $35 for that, even though the connection was poor most of the times. I have a strong suspicion for a dodgy behavior from the receptionist's side.

as my mother always says if you have nothing nice to say say nothing at all. so here it is............................................................complete & utter silence.

This a bare bones type of place. I was in a single room and shared a balconey with the room next to me. It seemed as though there were a handful of permanent tenants there. The room had a very basic bed table and small tv. No AC, just a fan. The staff seemed ok except for one woman that seemed to be ready for an argument. Two washing machines and two dryers is all you get here. If you need a place to stay, it works but if I'm sure there are better places to stay.
