Good place with nice location. Staff was helpful and nice. The view is great. I recommend it

The location is absolutelly great, 3 min walking from Sultanahmet historical site of Istanbul. Staff is friendly, you have breakfast included, which is a great deal for the price paid, lockers included as well (even if me personally i dod not get a key for the locker) and easy transfer to both airports picking you up right in front of the hostel. Great!

We had a 3 bedroom with ensuite for £56 a night. The room was rotten and our pillow cases had dirty cat footprints on them. The shower wad broken and the bathroom smelt of urine. There was still rubbish from the last people in our room. We were disgusted at this hostel and upon asking the manager, who was high, if we could have our money back or a discount, we were told that was not possible as he could not sell the room again. So we had to stay using our sleeping bags!

I stayed in a 7 female dormitory. The room is small but it's OK. The breakfast on the roof top was nice. There were only 2 bathrooms but the staff cleans them many times per day .If you stay many nights they change your sheets.The staff speaks little English, they make a lot of efforts to help you whatever you need. The day I left, my shuttle to the airport didn't come. Event if I booked it in a travel agency, they called the travel agency and had the kindness to sort it out for me.
