This is a hostel in a great location - at first appearances it seems much more like a hotel, with free tea and coffee and rooms rather than dorms .Staff were kind and helpful, but one or two things did go wrong. There was no hot water at the hours specified by the hotel in reception, the internet wasn't working, the room was next to the busy and noisy free drinks room (which had no door) and so meant sleeping until late was out of the question.
