Syok @ Chulia is a pre-war building that conforms to all regulations and still managed to preserve the heritage look, with a modern twist to its interior.
They welcome travelers from all over the world including students and interest groups. Guests can enjoy a drink or two at our bar or relax at our lounge; complete with TV & DVD, , play foosball, darts or board games or catch up with friends and family over the internet. Free wifi is available. Free coffee/tea throughout the day. There are different kinds of dorms available to meet the different needs of the guests.
Syok @ Chulia is located at the junction of Leith street and connects to Chulia Street. There are a number of restaurants nearby. Right on Penang street, which is just across Syok @ Chulia, there are many shops selling cloths, souvenirs. rickshaws, taxis and buses are easy available.
