The room was quite basic for the price and the receptionist didnt really have much to suggest in the way of things to do. There was no lock on the window. There are some nice seats, although full of dust, where you can sit outside and socialise. I think for the price you can find something better, the only benefit is the great location, everything in walking distance.
Quiet area but very close to all the city center stuff. It's pretty clean and comfortable but very basic. Little balcony outside with some chairs and tables for socializing. Good restaurants close by too and the market is minutes away. Some rips in the bedsheets by whatever
It was a very nice time there! The little sweet lady from the guesthouse (i forgot her name) and her husband are soooo lovely and they make everything that u feel good in the city..they know everything about everything :)
We really enjoyed our stay! Room was clean. HAd to sleep on two beds pushed together but other than that, very nice!
This guesthouse was just "okay." There wasn't anything special about it except maybe that it was located next to an awesome breakfast house. Yes, it was located in the Old City. Yes, it was cheap to do your laundry. At night, it gets a little dark down the walkway to the guesthouse, so if you are walking back late and alone, be careful. The staff was underwhelming. There is a nice view of Chiang Mai on the higher floors...
