Good guest house for the price. Clean and generally very quiet. Not a party place, more like a motel. Beds are like sleeping on a hard floor so not recommended if you have a bad back. Nearby nightclub also plays loud music til the wee hours so take earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Definitely recommended though.

The confirmed resarvation was cancled because the house was overbooked. I had to search for a new Hotel by myself.

The service was great and it was in a nice location. Not too far from the central area of the city and they always had water for us in the rooms and clean sheets. Not much more to ask for!

The staff was super cute and very nice... however, I would have to say that the place itself is not as nice as some of the other hostels I have stayed at. As others mentioned, it is not the best place for a traveler who would like to meet other people. The rooms are pretty bare and the space itself is fairly old. But the location is good--- can walk to the main strip easily.

there was nobody there when I arrived the room was well below what I expected and no atmosphere what so ever.Staff was very unhelpful.

The guesthouse was a little difficult to find initially as it's located in a very small lane, but once you get your bearings you'll find that it's actually pretty conveniently located. The room was nice, comfortable and clean, and the staff speaks good English and are helpful with any queries made. Very much value for money!

This guesthouse is good if you are looking for privacy and your own shower and are on a tight budget. The staff is friendly and helpful if you have any questions and don't hound you to book trips and treks through them. We already had plans worked out and all the woman said to us was that if we wanted to book anything just come and talk to her and that was that. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend T-Room for couples that like privacy.

It really is a nice little Hostel and the staff were extremely helpful and very friendly, but upon arrival we found they had given our room away because our flight was 2 hours late- no one warned us ahead of time that this would happen. We found accommodation for the night and returned the next day- the rooms were clean, large, the location is ideal. We ended up leaving after the one night because there is a club that is fairly close to a dance club and the music was blasting until around 3am.

Great location, friendly staff and awesome value for money... would use again no worries

This place was perfectly adequate for a short stay in Chiang Mai - the staff were a bit distracted but they had a new born so I think that's understandable!

Well located guesthouse will come here again by my next visit in Chiang Mai

were a bit disappointed with this guest house being right near to a thai nightclub and so we checked out early. otherwise the rooms were clean and the staff were very helpful but on the first night we could not sleep till 4am and so checked out the next morning.

Très déçu par rapport au commentaires du site. Chambre correcte, lit dure, pas de petit déjeuner et staff inexistant. Le lit n a pas été fait suite à la première nuit, il fallait peut être accrocher le mot de faire la chambre à la poignée de la porte. Hôtel bien situé

The staff at the hostel were never there...everytime we wanted to ask something we went elsewhere because the doors were always closed, and the only times we did ask anything, they either didn't know or seemed too bothered to deal with it. Otherwise, location, security and cleanliness was great, and actually I would definitely stay there again, whicjh is the most important...
