We spent a night outside without the possibility to enter in the room, because the hostel didn't have a spare key. ( A room mate went out with a key). They didn't told us that if we pay in pesos uruguayos instead of dollars, they will applicate a specific rate which make become the bill higher!. However, the place of the hostel were very close from the beach and every facilites.
a blonde woman in the reception (Front) was quite rude, bad attitude

Payment was a hassle at this place! After the deposit, we had 387 USD left to pay or 8200 UYU, at that time. Upon arrival, we asked to pay it with a credit card and were sent to their other hostel, where they wanted to charge us 9900 UYU, due to a credit card fee!? When we eventualy payed cash, they didn't have a receipt for us, they had to scrape change together, ... Our monster rate of 430 USD didn't even include towels!? The house is nice though, with a decently equiped kitchen, good location
We had a 4 bed room but it was really small, we even didn't had enough space to put and open our baggage in the room. In addition to that, we had a locker in the room, but it was open on the backside so it was absolutely useless. The kitchen doesn't have a lot of facilities to use. The staff wasn't very helpfull!
