Liked the vibe as soon as I walked into the door. The hostel's got a cozy, bohemian feel to it. There's a nice little lounge area, cafe area, as well as a rooftop to hang out on. Only little issue is that they initially ran out of lockers, and were not able to store my laptop for me.

Just great. I was somewhat shocked at first, but the artistic atmosphere got me finally. It was definitly my best time so far in Japan. The staff might come to join your party to talk with you (almost all of them appeared to be tweens), and if you're lucky enough, you might experience a small live music concert in the café like i did. Like the only place in Osaka i'll ever stay.

Great place, nice common room, the dorms are a bit unattractive, the staff where very nice and helpful. There is only one computer and you have to pay for it, this I didn't like..

We booked a room at this hostel for two days, but when we got there we decided to cancel our booking. We travelled with our mother, but they gave us a room in 4th floor and they don't have elevator. We asked to have another room in second floor, but they said no rooms available in 2nd floor. This hostel is only for young people, not for elderly and families with children. But the staff is very helpful, they helped us in finding another hotel.

It was a nice place. Staff was helpful and the general feeling was welcoming and homelike. I also have to recommend the sisterhostel Guest house U-en. The facilities are not so nice but the atmosphere is great!

I stayed for 5 nights. The location is a bit hard to find, but it is very near to city center and very convenient to go travel other cities. You can guarantee a quiet place to sleep here. The staff were very nice and helpful, and you can enjoy lots of local food around. A nice memory, in a few words.

TEN Hostel is a great place to base yourself for seeing OSAKA; it has real character and the Japanese style rooms were great, and very comfortable! Loved the hippy-Japanese vibe of the place. It's cheap and the facilities were good and clean. Staff were very friendly and happy to help with questions about Osaka and Japan in general. It's close to the subway, making traveling around Osaka easy. We would definately stay there agin if we went back to Osaka!

TEN Backpackers Osaka was the first stop in my first Japan trip and they did not disappoint. I arrived beyond 11pm and the staff really went out of her way to assist me in finding the place. The bedrooms were nice, very Japanese and the toilet was very clean. I highly recommend this hostel.

A good hostel with a groovy 70s atmosphere and friendly staff. Good location near osaka station. Cheap breakfast only 350. Also runs as a bar on the first floor with some live bands and events. Highly recommended.

Really friendly staff, great location. Kitchen was small but well stocked with pots/pans etc. It was the first time we stayed in a Japanese style room we found the beds quite uncomfortable. The hostel is in a great location only a few mins walk from the nearest metro station. We also walked to Osaka Castle and down to Shinjuku/AmerikaMura area from the hostel and it wasn't too far.

A work in progress... Great location and we really liked the cafe atmosphere on the first floor. They had one of the best maps (in English) to local sights, food, groceries and more One of our favorite hostels on this trip.
