The hotel should make it clear with hostelworld.com if they do not want to sell their room through this platform. It is so unfair for the travelers who have booked everything and come here happily but end up to be disappointed as there are no room for them. It spoiled the whole vacation, seriously!

The Box owner's nearly spoilt our entire holiday. Not once, but twice! First they cancelled our booking the day before we were due to arrive - after communicating with us repeatedly via email. We arrive & they tell us room will be available at 5pm. Turns out the room was not even built yet! No light fixtures, bed, nothing. It wasn't even painted. They would have left us homeless till 5pm before we found out. They put us in another resort for 3 days and just left us there. The Box is a joke!
