friendly people, very kind all of them. very good advices from them

Awesome and friendly staff

First of all, staff speaks really good english because some of them are from England. The hostel is also the house of the family who owns it, someti you will find the family and the cute baby watching tv in the common room. It is located in the city center and it´s 20-25 min walking from bus station. The staff couldn´t be better, they helped us looking for buses and trains tickets the woman is ukrainan, so you can ask for help with the language and they gave us a free tour through the city.

Fantastic hostel with great community atmosphere! I was warmly received by Marcus and his family even though I stumbled in from the train around midnight, and Marcus also let me pick his brain about travel plans until the wee hours. He has formidable knowledge about Ukraine and the entire region that he seems to enjoy sharing. My only regret was not having more time to spend in Chernivtsi, which was a strikingly beautiful city. This truly might be the next backpacker Mecca of eastern Europe.

Marcus and his family made me feel really welcome at the hostel. He took me on a personal tour of the town and showed me some things you might not see yourself wandering around. It's in a great location and was really cosy.

My stay was amazing and i owe it all to a Hostel. Marcus went out of his way to show me the town and he went further to explain in great detail everything i needed to know about sites and nightlife. Marcus is a very knowledgeable person and freely shared all information. His son Ben was a great help and his wife luba was invaluable when it came to translation. I can not thank the whole family enough and without them my stay would not have had near the sucesses
