Clean, quiet, with helpful English-speaking staff and in an excellent location midway between the Old Town and Kasimierz. Shared space is nice but small so not really a place for meeting other travellers.
A lovely hostel about a 15 walk from the main train station, don't waste your money with the team - it's literally left up out the train station (Pawia Street) and then follow the park until you get to the Royal Hotel tram stop. It's opposite the hotel on top of a lovely restaurant. It's minutes away from any part of the city you might want to see. We did Auschwitz ourselves though and didn't use the hostel for this. Would stay again.
We are an elder couple and took a room for two with an own bath. We just needed the hostel for sleeping and taking a shower. All in all this is what the hostel offered in an absolutely good quality. The room was clean, beds and bath in good condition and the service staff was freiendly and spoke English - not there everytime, but at the time when they were needed. The breakfast was - as expected - not what we used to have, but a bakery near by had everything what we wanted for little money more.

Great location and spotlessly clean. TV room directly outside room was a little noisy late at night. Also, if you update the instructions to note the hostel entrance is inside the restaurant - would be much easier to find you!
