We arrived at the hostel and at the reception there was only an old man that didn\\\\\\\'t speak in English and was not able to use internet. He sayed to us that the hostel was full. I show to him our reservation ( the same day of our arrival i send to the hostel even the confirmation of our arrive ) and tell to him to call the ownwer but he says us to go away or if not he could call the police.

Ok, but a bit basic. Could do with better window blinds/curtains in room and bathroom for privacy.
