Once you arrive at the Malta International Airport you can get the public bus number 13 direction Hal Far and ask the driver to stop at the last stop.
Alternatively you can book an airport transfer which costs Euros 16 one way and Euros 20 after 20:00 hrs. Taxis cost in the region of 25 Euros.
