Tache Hostel

At Tache's Hostel we offer guests cheap, safe and clean accommodation. We are a brand new family business hostel in an ideal location. We are located in a very safe neighborhood (lake, big park, big fruit/veg market in walking distance, cheap restaurants, fast-food.). The house is a calm place and we have a quiet time starting with 11 P.M.

The young and friendly staff will help you with any queries you may have or if you need any kind of assistance, whether travel info, bookings, safe taxi orders etc. For small amounts of foreign currency we will give you the best exchange rates available (the National Bank of Romania rate).

This is a convenient and cosy house featuring only private rooms. We have double beds and extras. All our beds can be turned into couches, so you can use them in any combination you like. It's perfect for couples, friends traveling together or families that want to have a safe, cozy stay in Bucharest with all the facilities of an apartment.

We have a modern self-catering kitchen with a stove, microwave, fridge etc. On request, we are happy to fix you sandwiches for the day or arrange home deliveries as well as recommend you the best places to eat or procure food. Our kitchen is well equipped to store your food, help you prepare your meal or warm it up.

We have one mixed big bathroom with a tub, toilet and washbasin. You can feel free to use our toothpaste, soap, shampoo& towels, as well as hairdryer and ironing/ironing board.

We have internet (wi-fi) that you can use at any time and a laptop!

We don't accept credit cards, please make payment upon arrival with cash only. Apologies for any inconvenience.

We have 4 of the most important museums in the area, and the rest of them 10-15 min in walking distance. The subway is just 2 min away. In walking distance we have bars, 1 supermarket, one fruit and vegetables market, one non-stop store, and the heart Bucharest at just 2 bus stops.
