The owner was sooo nice! I got sick and he took the best care of me, gave me medicine and got me a doctors appointment. Arranged tours for us as well and made delicious breakfast! Highly recommend staying here.

Tag und Nacht is a beautiful place, a bit outside but very quiet. The owner is very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast is excellent for 100 ruppies, each day will be suprised with a new speciality of Kerala. The rooms are very clean and large. I would stay here again any time. I booked two nights, but at least I stay six nights.

Pros: 1. The hostel arranged a pick-up from the airport at 4:00 a.m. at a reasonable fee. The owner was there to greet me and I could move into my room right away! 2. I appreciated the possibility of a single room as I was traveling alone! 3. The water in the shower was hot and the pressure was very good. 4. The hostel might not be in the very center but tuk-tuks can be arranged and are very affordable or it is a short and safe walk. 5. Breakfast was extra but good and worth the money.

We stayed 4 nights here, our room was spacious, the water was always hot. The great things here were: the staff, Antonio couldn't have been kinder. the breakfasts, great value and loads of different fruit and local dishes to try the roof terrace to sit on in the cool of the morning and evening, also a balcony in front of our room the huge trees in front of the house - cool shade and full of birds. Only minus, a little out of town but therefore quieter.

I may have given this place a great review, but that's because to myself I believe it to be very relaxing and in a good area. Antonio was very helpful and helped in giving direction to local goodies like where to eat, and what to do. Also helps with getting tickets for things like the theatre and scheduling for yoga and the such. I highly recommend this place for it is awsome!!!
