The best way to get here is to take a bus number 5, 8, 10, 16, 25, 36, 37, 53, 77 to Frunze avenue.

Exit at the bus stop 'Tverskaya street'.

The easiest way to get to the hostel is to take a taxi. If you are somewhere in the city (or at the railway station) the cost of the journey is 150 roubles. From the airport the normal price is 350-400 roubles.

Below there are some tips on how to find us in a more complicated but cheaper way.

From the airport
There is a shuttle from the airport to get to the city. Go to the bus stop in front of the airport building and take a shuttle bus number 119. The cost of the journey is 20 roubles. Your final stop is the railway station in the city, it is called Tomsk-1 ('Pervy Tomsk'). You should notify the driver or the fare collector beforehand. If you are confused, please ask other passengers when to exit the bus. As you exit the bus at Tomsk-1 you will find yourself in front of the station terminal building. Then act as described below.

From railway station
The main railway station of our city is called Tomsk-1 ('Pervy Tomsk'). As you arrive to this station and go through the terminal building you step out onto a street - this is the railway square. On your right you can see another building - this is the bus station with small shops nearby and a bus stop. Go to the bus stop and take a minibus number 10, 36, 37 or 77. Your final stop is 'Tverskaya' [tverskaia] on Frunze avenue (!) and you should notify the driver or the fare collector beforehand. If you are confused, please ask other passengers when to exit the bus. The cost of the journey is 12 roubles.

From the city center

You can take a minibus number 36, 37 or 53 from the bus stops near one of the main Tomsk Universities - Tomsk State University and Tomsk Polytechnic University (just cross the road in front of their main buildings).

If you are somewhere in the main street - Lenina avenue - you can take a minibus number 5, 8, 16, 25, 77 - every bus that goes to Frunze avenue.

Your final stop is 'Tverskaya' [tverskaia] and you should notify the driver or the fare collector beforehand. If you are confused, please ask other passengers when to exit the bus. The cost of the journey is 12 roubles.


As you exit the bus at 'Tverskaya' bus stop, you should check whether you're on the right side of Frunze avenue, i.e. the street your bus was going along. You should cross the road to be on the side of the street where one of the main Russian banks - 'Sberbank' - is located.

Nearby this bank you will see kiosks with Siberian pancakes (traditional local fast-food). After you pass kiosks there will be huge modern-style building. If you keep going along this building you will make it to the Children's Library.

The next building right after this library is the office of local food company 'LAMA'. It has big yellow sign with green letters on it. You should turn and go between 'LAMA' office building and 10-floors white apartment block.

Keep going along this white apartment block - from this place you can already see our hostel's building!

When you go till the end of apartment block, you will need to cross the road - Nikitina street. And the building with yellow balconies right in front of you is our hostel - yippee!
