It's a famous hostel, I see why. The location is perfect and I found everything good: staff, rooms and so on. If I will o back to Taipei I'll go there for sure

Poor living environment, we ordered twice bed but eventually given a double beds. Compact living environment makes me feel like we are slaves.

The toilets smells because they are tiny and lack ventilation. U need to stand on stool to shower as the cubicle would flood. Somehow the whole place seems like a maze. It looks like they are trying to squeeze as many rooms/facilities as they can in whatever space they had. Although Safety is excellent with the electronic and key locks with lockers. The walls are especially thin and u could hear the reception perpetually. This hostel is more suited for communal living as a big group.

Reasonable and clean hostel and stuffs are friendly. one thing I'd like ask them is the internet connected PC service. They only allow us to use it from 9;00 am to 1;00 am. it's a little bit unconvenient not to be able to use it in the morning. I hope they expand the time range to earlier.

very friendly staff, the place was quite but i went at a quite time so not their fault!

Staff were friendly, helpful and prompt to provide assistance. Stairs leading to reception is small, difficult to climb up and down espcially with luggage. Ensuite room located in another building from reception, troublesome dragging luggage around during check-in/out process. Room is very dirty and dusty! Staff clears only the rubbish bin. Bed not made, floor not mopped, toilet not cleaned. Baby cockroaches found in the room!

Oh yes I wait no more to give my good comments to my recent stay at Taipei Backpackers. It is so wonderful that I enjoy every moment. I will certainly do not hesitate to recommend to my friends and I will certainly come back again in the not too long of time. Thank you very much for all the arrangement, thanks. regards.

Location is great and room is clean. Wall is little thin so if someone presses the bell, you will hear it. But will come back again. :)
