I really liked the location of the hostel....but it was absolutely freezing inside!

Nothing to complain about, the location is really perfect for people who'd like to visit Taipei (Main Station MRT is 5 minutes away). The staff is welcoming and always ready to help. Thanks again! I'll definitely come back there if I'm in Taipei again.

Great place! the decor was amazing and so so clean! usually I find that hostels let cleanliness slip but this one didn't! Would totally stay there again!

Taipei Backpackers Hostel is very affordable! We enjoyed our stay there. Staffs are very polite and accommodating, place is very clean and peaceful, and the location is excellent, very near to the MRT Taipei Main Station. We will definitely choose Taipei Backpackers Hostel again on our next visit to Taipei. More power!

Should have a dryer, drying clothes over 2 days is a bit too long. Well done on the renovated toilets! Might want to change to thicker walls between each rooms though.

Very Very Good Location...

Location is near to the main station but are some distance away. It can get quite confusing navigating your way around to the hostel hence trouble and distance to reach it. Taipei MRT, train and bus station are separate buildings but integrated underground with strip of underground malls. fairly confusing for new patron.

A clean hostel that offers accommodation at affordable rates. However, the walls between rooms are partitions which could be quite annoying especially if guest next door snored heavily at night. Otherwise, definitely worth the money :)

The wall of hostel is really so thin, that I can hear raining outside and people in next room talking(I lived in a 4 wall single room without window!) And the hot water system seems get problem. No matter how I turn, the hot water is so burning. Despite all these, the hostel is very nice. It is so close to Taipei station. Just walk out of station, pass by zebra road and can easily find out. The admin boy is very kind and nice e.g.help taking baggage in and out. Design of hostel is warm and clean

The staff are very helpful and nice. I like the lobby and common room especially! It just next to the MRT and Bus main station, very convenient!!

It was a pretty good hostel but the heater wasn't working well. It was mostly cold water with occasional spurts of hot water.

It is convenient to stay here for travelling between different spots in Taipei. The boss is nice and helpful but the staff is not ok. There was no fun to stay here as no interaction between backpackers.

One of the few hostels to offer single rooms, also one of the cheapest. No check out procedure, everything is based on trust.
