Worst place ever. Difficult to find .No sign indicating was a hostel in the building. Hostel on the 4th floor of a building in an industrial area. No staff onsite. Had to call to be let in the building and wait until the mgr arrived for 30 minutes. Were treated like it was a bother to check us in. Demanded payment on arrival. No help from staff of 1. No map provided. Rm extremely noisy on busy street. Couldn't sleep. Fire trap in horrible neighborhood. Felt very unsafe.Only stayed 1 night.

When there is lack of packs of tissue in our room, we leave our message to the staff in the board near the door for providing the tissue for us, however, we can't get any response from the staff. Besides, as our check out time is before 12pm, the staff refuses us to store our luggage in the store room. It is very inconvenient for us. The service is very poor and the staff is unhelpful.

The room looked good. However, there was a lot of noise coming from the street because of the air conditioner (hole in the window). The worst of all were the cockroaches in the room !!!!!
