Overall it's a good place to stay. We couldn't get into the main building to use the computers there, this was a bit annoying (the rooms have wi-fi). The only SERIOUS PROBLEM was that you have to make an appointment to check-in. My flight was delayed and when I arrived later NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE NUMBER LISTED. This was a major problem. I found out later there was a different number to call after 9pm. Please list this number online!!

We booked a room in \"Taipei Green House\", but upon arrival we found out that there\'re \"several\" Taipei green houses. The address they gave us was different from the one where we were staying (they never informed us before). The photographs of the room are VERY DECEPTIVE. Our room (called \"geometric dreams\") was in an old building and had no external windows. We asked to be moved, but they said no. We asked for a discount, and they said they will apply it \"on the next booking\"! Very disappointing
